Cut copy and paste custom object

I've implemented a class "A", which is a subclass of NSObject. i want to be able to enable cut, copy and paste, but have no idea how to do so. i got to NSPasteboard, but couldnt figure out how to implement it. I would also like to enable Undo/Redo for my subclass "A"
