If there would be sufficient interest I could create a Cocoa Framework for my company's products, PopChart and OptiMap <www.corda.com>. We already have Java, Java Bean, JSP, PHP, Perl, COM, and .NET APIs available and I've thought of doing a Cocoa one as well as creating a custom view. You can easily use our Java API via Cocoa-Java, but that's probably not what many people want.

The only problem with our solution is that it's quite expensive (it's an enterprise-level product). We do, however, provide an extensive charting and data-mapping solution. Check out our Troop Tracker for a cool example <http://www.corda.com/trooptracker/>.
