Thanks for all the suggestions! It looks more and more like my impulse buy of
'Learning to program with Cocoa" (? it's at home, but it was something like
that) was a mistake, so hopefully B&N will do some sort of trade back :-) I
should have known better than to grab an O'Reilly title with 'Learning' in
the title, but there you go...
