Connector & IBPalette

Hello
I've made a framework of 3 class witch can be connected to each over
First I instantiate them in Interface Builder and set up the data programatically
Now I try to make a palette so as to be able to set up the data via IB

the problem is that now when I instantiate the class via the palette
My IBOutlet and IBAction have vanish
how can I get them ?
