Does the Address Book app allow the primaryIdentifier to be set for Multi-Value items?

I can't find anything in the Address Book app itself that allows the
primaryIdentifier to be set for the various multi-value fields. I was
expecting there to be some kind of 'Set as Default' menu item for such
things. Am I missing something?

Does it just use the first defined item?
