Can't get my app to be scriptable

I retried my endless journey through making my app scripable and it
simply won't work. I really don't know what I'm doing wrong (probably a
lot). So as an effort to not give up hope I'm attaching a simple app
I've made so I can try making it scriptable.
If somebody would please let me know what I missed in making it
scriptable, it would be much appreciated.
