I have been developing this palette/framework that lets you add XY and histogram charts to your cocoa apps free and easily. It takes many ideas from pplot (pplot.sourceforge.net) but with Cocoa and Objective-C as basis of all the code in the framework and with a palette to configure it easily from Interface Builder.
Even when it is a development in progress it's quite useful by now. There is no documentation but it includes an example application with source code.
