Robert,

Roxio Toast can accept the drag-n-drop from iTunes, try! You have to
register NSFilesPromisedPboardType in your NSView to accept it, please note
this type only defined in 10.2 or newer version.

Yes, we are talking about iTunes 3 and 4.
