Have you re-installed the deveoper tools?

Is the documentation at the proper location?

I think cocoa browser accesses the html files directly.
Or does the app simply not have the rights to access the documentation (new user?)

Just some ideas

I have been using the Cocoa Browser by Hoshi Takanori et al. Well, my
system crashed and I had to rebuild. Lost Cocoa Browser so I down loaded
again. Here is the strange thing : when I launch Cocoa Browser the Window
is empty. It used to show classes, methods etc. Can anyone shed some light
on this?

Thanks.
