Project Windows open in Wrong Position, wrong screen

Hey all,
This is sort of an e-mail i sent before, but it contains different
details:
The Project Builder Windows that I open for the first open up in some
strange place, not on my main screen but on my second screen which I
don't want to happen? How can I alieviate this? It only happens to
Projects i open up for the first time, but then the project remembers
the last window position, it is really annoying with projects and
examples I download...any ideas? (Changing resolution doesn't help)
