Because you give it away for free doesn't mean you don't own rights. However, if you haven't placed limitations on its distribution in a license or somehow have given notice that you don't want it posted, then they haven't done anything wrong by posting. You can send them an e-mail and put them on notice that you want it taken down, but it would probably cost you more than its worth to enforce it if they don't do as you ask...
