NIB file

I have been using the interface builder for some time now and never had a problem. Now I am getting dialog boxes when I open a particular file that says: "Open Interface: inconsistencies found and repaired. Save the file."

I save the file. The next time around I get more messages. Any idea of what's causing this? And then what do I do about it?
