Joar,
I just checked how an application of my own behaves when sorting
according to the Swedish behaviour set. I can confirm that it is not
working. I didn't actually change the Swedish setting, and I rebooted
earlier today, so it isn't a case of stale settings.
This is quite a serious bug. Will you take the time to properly file a
report?

Yup. Have selected Swedish script behaviour for Roman script. Have
also (even though I don't think it's related) tried to move Swedish to
the top of the list of languages.
I really do hope that I don't have to log out / reboot or something
equally weird to get the preference to stick? I have, of course,
relaunched the app between changing settings.
