PPPoE marked but not active

I use moreSFC to crate my configuration but when i look at my network pref :
Coonect via PPPoE is Marked but i still have message who tell me that pppoe is
not active.
My login and password are set but all fields are "Tinted"
In tcp/ip I can't find ViaPPP, nothing is selected. the field is blank
I hope you understand me, my english is so poor....
