I looked, but could not find an option in Project Builder to
duplicate a target. I would like to create multiple targets in one
project. The projects are very similar except for some core code and
except for target settings like application name and document
extensions. In Code Warrior, I used to duplicate a target and then
make the few required changes. In Project Builder it seems like I
had to create a blank target and then enter all settings. Is there a
better way?
Ran into this myself, found the solution (needed to do it within the
past hour, in fact):
Switch to "target" tab, select the target in the list, and control
(right) click.
One of the choices on the menu is "Duplicate Target", which does
exactly what you need.
Another choice is also "Rename Target" which you'll also need (since
this appears to be the only way to rename the target - there is no
spot for the PB target name in the target settings window, and trying
to double click (to try to enable editing in-place in the list) only
brings up that window).
