Hi,

<Newbie Question>
Does anyone know of an interface which would allow me to place
an icon on the right in the main menu bar? In a similar fashion to
Script Menu and YoupiKey/iKey?
</Newbie Question>

<Old timer Warning>
I'd like to be able to install a mechanism for trapping and
acting on keystokes in any application. Now if I was on Classic I'd just
write an init to patch GetNextEvent but that ain't possible. Is there
any way of filtering keystrokes. The best I can come up with is to write
a Text Input Method but that means I have to see it in the keyboard menu
which appears not quite as far right as I would expect in the main menu
bar.
</Old timer warning>

Thanks for any help you can offer

Caerwyn Pearce
