I don't suppose you could apply your experience with lex/yacc to the doxygen project (http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/)? Or possibly someone else on the list?

It has more features than Apple's HeaderDoc, and I'm sure loads of people here would appreciate it. I would do it myself but I've been putting off learning lex/yacc until after my dissertation is done.
