Depending on how many you need, you might not mind paying someone to produce them for you. I had some icons made up "on a beer budget" and was pretty happy with the result. I put the project up for bid on creative mooonlighter (
http://www.creativemoonlighter.com/) [no affiliation] and got a lot of bids pretty quickly. As with software development, there are people around the world who are willing to lend their skills to this kind of thing, so pricing is competitive.
Obviously you may have to pay more to get someone who really understands the aqua guidelines, but you probably knew that.
