How to use the same Panel class to many objects

Hi all,

I have already know how to use the Interface Builder to layout a Panel; I have already know use orderFront to show this Panel. But orderFront seems only a show command with an exist object. Does any one know how to create a Panel that style and layout is the same as which I layout by Interface Builder? I want to use it and create many panel at the same time.
