does someone of you know how i can clean up the complete RAM? can that be done with a command? because when i let my computer turned on a week, it slows down, but i don't want to restart it...

The OS will do it for you automatically. I would suspect the slowdown is due to an application with a memory leak somewhere. You can use top to show you which app is using the most memory, watch the memory deltas to see if it's gobbling RAM. Quit and restart that app and things will be fine again.
