I'd prefer intercept it, and don't replace the finder because it may be useful a finder.

If it is going to be the only application to run on the computer, you could always try the old hack of replacing the finder with your application. That way the force-quit would simply result in your application being re-launched. This is very much a hack, but worked before...

So i intercept process switch force quit, as it say in apple documentation but with panther a new force quit exist : p - alt - shift - esc that kill directly the current application. And the status of exit is 0. So i really don't see how can i intercept it. Somebody have an idea ?
