NSProgressIndicator

I'm using a spinning style NSProgressIndicator with setDisplayedWhenStopped set to false, but the progress indicator doesn't hide itself when the animation is stopped. It continues to be visible1

Any ideas how this can be fixed? Is this is Cocoa bug?
