As I asked someone else earlier today: Did it say anything in the
Console after the launch failed?
Also, someone else brought up an important point - if you shipped your
application as a StuffIt archive, it won't work because the new version
of Expander no longer sets the executable bit when expanding files from
"sit" archives, which will make the application fail to launch.
