Error running on 10.2.8 (both versions)

Prior versions of my app used the same networking code but for some
reason now the following error occurs under 10.2.8 (both versions) when
building the app.
dyld: /Applications/untitled
folder/DriveGauge.app/Contents/MacOS/DriveGauge Undefined symbols:
/Applications/untitled folder/DriveGauge.app/Contents/MacOS/DriveGauge
undefined reference to _kSCDynamicStoreDomainState expected to be
defined in SystemConfiguration
Does anyone know why or how this is occurring and how to resolve? Help
is much appreciated!!
