Well I need this because, when I open he file through the menu, it
should diplay and when i drag and drop it on the icon, it should open a
wizzard of sme kind...;
Those are the specs for the app, and there is not much i can do about
it...
I found a "workaround" but don't like it very much...

Why do you need to know? The entire advantage of this approach is that
no matter how the user opens a file, it will open using the same code.
It ensures consistency.
What is it that you're trying to do? There may be a better way to do
this than destroying consistency in file opening.
