That gave me some ideas:
He may have a general user-override specified on his Mac for
Photoshop files to be routed to the other app
Also, user overrides for file types are stored in 'usro' resources,
so if he actually changed the "Open With..." setting, he can change
the type and creator as much as he wants, as the user override will
have priority.
