Compiling Cocoa with CodeWarrior

I'm attempting to use CodeWarrior to build my Cocoa application, which I started writing in Project Builder. It compiles, but when it runs, it doesn't open the main document window. Looking at the packages that the 2 compilers output, they look basically identical. My first thought was that it wasn't finding the MyDocument.nib file, but it seems to find the MainMenu.nib file just fine, regardless of where I put it. Has anyone else run into this? What was your solution?

Thanks,
Darrin
