Yes, Panther is still under NDA. Mind you, I did mention that in an entirely different thread.

Exposi is a borderline issue, since it's already a public feature.

This has already been stated by an employee on another list (accessibilty-dev), so I think it's safe to repeat here.

"There is no documentation or API to do what Exposi does."

By extension, you can assume there there is no API for being informed when you are Exposid.
