This isn't Cocoa-related, but I have a feeling somebody on this list knows the answer:

How can I get Xcode to antialias 10pt Monaco?

Wasn't there a hidden defaults setting for the monospace antialiasing threshold (separate from AppleAntiAliasingThreshold)? I can't remember what it was...
