Some time I search for that and found nothing. Even Apple couldn't
supply such information.

which lists some custom controls as well as a load of places to find
such information. CocoaDev, in particular, has several pages listing
third-party frameworks and things; you can find CocoaDev at
http://www.cocoadev.com
