I have a framework (well 2) that I want to share between my main application and then an app I have in the main app's Resources folder. Is there a way I can do it? I thought if I were to set up their dependencies in PB that it would work but it doesn't - so right now I have Copy Files setup for both apps to have the frameworks installed in both of them.

There is a setting in Copy Files that allows you to specify the location as "Shared Frameworks." I've never done it before, but that may be what you're looking for.
