I wanted to do this too - I have an accessory view within a
NSOpenPanel and I'd like to be able to grey/ungrey them
depending on the file selection but there is no API for this.
I put in a feature request to Apple, maybe they will add
something for Panther...

Hello,

What i need is to know what is the selected file in the current open
panel
**before** closing it (with Cancel or Ok). Is there a way to know this ?

Thanks,
K.
