Hi,
Is it confusing?... Ok let me rephrase it.
On starting the application, the awakeFromNib, will decide which NSWindows
to be loaded, where each NSWindow is having different features. Although the
2 NSWindows are in the same NIB files, can they conditionally be displayed
upon loading?

I'm a little confused about your problem and hardly an expert in the
field, but why do the windows have to be in the same NIB?
