Printing Question

In the chapter "Introduction to the Mac OS X Printing System" in the
document "About the Mac OS X printing System" it says:

"Cocoa developers support printing by using Cocoa objects and methods. Cocoa
methods call through to the Carbon Printing Manager API."

I have been trying to identify the Carbon Printing APIs that are called
through to with no success. (Set breaks on what seem to be obvious
functions etc.)

Can you tell me, or point me to a document that specifies, what Carbon
Printing APIs are called through to by Cocoa Methods?

Thanks.
