Multiple controls in one matrix cell?

Newbie here. How do I put an image, some text, plus a couple of pop-up menus inside one matrix cell? Can I build the NSCell I want in Interface Builder? If so, how do I that? I'm not sure what palette thingy to start with. Thanks, as always!!!
