Hi all,
I think we should have an FAQ, to cover some of the questions that keep
popping-up. To that end, I've put together a text-format FAQ (like the
ones you see in Usenet). It isn't intended to replace resources like
Stepwise or CocoaDev; I just think we need something to supplement this
list so that we can point people at the FAQ rather than starting yet
another thread on the same topic we've just finished discussing.
I've posted a draft on my site at
http://www.alastairs-place.net/blog/blog/CocoaDev-faq.txt
and would welcome any comments, especially from JCR and Scott as the
list-moms.
I'm sure that it is both incomplete and possibly also in places
inaccurate, so I would also be pleased to accept any corrections or
suggestions for additional questions or other material that we could
usefully include (please remember though, I'm not after writing a book,
just something we can easily point people at when they ask the same
question everyone else has already asked).
