God! I'm glad I haven't gotten that one yet. I *have* had some people
not get their regcode for whatever reason (probably a spam filter, like
you said), although I got the CC'ed message from Kagi. Fortunately, the
users I've had this happen with were polite, and it was a simple matter
of them e-mailing me, and me replying with their code.

Yeah, I got this one. The guy was a lawyer and probably just weighing
in on his title, but it's really insane.
