Hi,
Besides "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X", which I liked a lot, I also
used another invaluable book:
"The Objective-C Programming Language"
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Cocoa/Conceptual/ObjectiveC/
index.html
This one, written by Apple, contains all the details about the
Objective-C language. Very good book! And you don't even have to buy
it, you can download it as a PDF as well :-)

Hi.
I want to develop software using Cocoa and I'd like to know what's the
best book around.
I have no experience with Cocoa or Objective-C, only that gained by
following the *few*
tutorials around the net and in the Apple Documentation. I have,
though, experience with Java.
This means I woudn't mind buying a book that explains things in
Objective-C.
I would prefer a book that has information about creating costum
interfaces, that is,
I want to develop the user interface with something more than the
primitives provided by the framework.
I would like to be able to define, for example, a view like the month
view in iCal.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance,
Tiago Da Mesquita
