You should write all of your Cocoa applications in Python:

I probably should to, as soon as I get around to learning it :).

Seriously, Bill Bumgarner (http://www.pycs.net/bbum/) uses it
extensively, and he's definitely one of the most insightful people
you'll find about things Cocoa. I've heard almost nothing bad about
Python, and smart people from Bill to Eric Scott Raymond are big
advocates of it.

Of course, that means nothing to HR types, but the endorsement of so
many smart people may be a good harbinger for the future job market,
too.
