It looks like I can do this with a custom NSView, or even some
variety of NSButtonCell, but any pointers would be good.
My UKDistributedView comes with a custom NSCell subclass that looks
like a Finder icon. Currently the "to the right of the text" labels
are still a little buggy, though...
