Interface Builder Is Driving Me Nuts

Not only are there major bugs with embedded views where when I click in
the Inspector window it selects items in the document window I'm
editing, but every single time I save a file, the _same_ file,
Interface Builder tells me I need to save it in the 10.2 format. This
is driving me nuts!
