Not those at the ISP's site; they (can be configured to) filter out and trash the outgoing messages, to catch spam even before it hits the backbone.

I want to specify that the API I use

returns "NO" immediately. So, the users cannot "send" the message.

That's a different problem, then. But alas...

Instead on my computer it works properly.
Any idea?
