Not those at the ISP's site; they (can be configured to) filter out and
trash the outgoing messages, to catch spam even before it hits the
backbone.

returns "NO" immediately. So, the users cannot "send" the message.
That's a different problem, then. But alas...
Instead on my computer it works properly.
Any idea?
