Hi all,

here is a newbie question (I guess):

I am making a document based application with a subclass of NSWindowController.
I have a nib with a controller class as File's owner.
When I want to initialize the outlets (say a popup menu), it does nothing because all outlets are null.
So the window appears with item1, item2... in the menu
I created the controller instance in makeWindowsController (in document subclass).
I have forgot something but what ?
