XCode ObjC preprocessing plug in?

Hi,

I would like to make some handy extensions to the ObjC language and I'm wondering if it's possible to write an XCode plug-in that does some extra preprocessing to implement my slightly extended ObjC language.

I've searched the documentation, and from what I've found it does not appear to be possible. But the documentation was fairly sparse on XCode plug-ins so I thought I would ask here to be sure.

If not by a plug-in, would it be possible to do this with a shell script?

It would be a shame if it wasn't possible to do this in a nice way somehow, perhaps someone can point me in the right direction?

True,
Pandaa
