Well, it would not be the first time that a so called democratic
society makes bad "non democratic ?" decisions.
Some dictators have been "democratically" elected in the past.
About that new french law which has been changed a couple of times
before being finally voted on april 8, all consequences are not clear
yet.
Anyway, my private opinion is that it is not a good idea if private
people (or companies following their private interest) make justice by
themselves if they believe or pretend that someone else is breaking the
law.
But this mailing list is probably not the right place for a discussion
about this?
Best regards,
Marc

In a democracy, shouldn't it be the role of the justice and lawyers
to tell in fine when the law is broken and what is illegal or not ?
Just like what happened in France a few days ago, law makers decided
to let/force ISP to tell what is good/bad.
What is democracy and what is not ? If an "anti" democratic decision
is made democratically what can on say about that ? that it is
eventually undemocratic ? so what ?
