What are you trying to do exactly?

A program to clean up an account. I hate making backups of my folder because some of the "not so mac-friendly" programs tend to put trash (hidden files and directories) in my ~/ folder and I want to know exactly what the relevant files are for backup.

It would also be a help for organizing my own files.
