Well, i've done a customised window with black transparent background
displaying data within a NSTableView, so i want to display the table
with nearly the same attribute as the window, i've change the header
color and i would like to do the same for selected line (i want to use
a black color less transparent than background one)
I'm sure this can be done because, i've see it in Safari bookmark
table.

Why are you trying to change this? This preference is normally set by
the user in the Appearance preference pane in System Preferences, and
shouldn't be overridden for consistency reasons.
