It's not shown by default, I think.
To show it: With your project window selected, go to the menu item's
View/Groups & Files Columns entry.
Check the Target Membership item.

Now check if the nib file is included in your current target, by
checking the box for the nib.
If it's not included it would not get copied into your resource-folder,
and thus couldn't be loaded at
run time...
