I wanted to clarify something here. I wasn't trying to be harsh in saying that it was talked about at WWDC. Rather that it wasn't something that was being kept a secret.

It is documented in the online documentation now. Some folks were relying on the isa pointer to determine the class of an object, rather than using -class, so that was clarified.

Still, isa-swizzling in the wild is not recommended. :-)
