Hey all, a while back I posted some code for a resizable borderless
window. Thought I'd post an update to it. I fixed all the issues I
had with it, plus added some things. This borderless window can be
closed, minimized, moved around, and is also added to the window menu.
Source code is free to use. :)

There's also a test app I created to check out the resizable borderless
window. Don't expect a whole lot out of it, I threw it together in
about 20 minutes, but it does a pretty good job of showing off the
capabilities. If you find any bugs, kindly ignore them. ;)
